1596 couldn't operate without the help of it's dedicated officers, civilian instructors, civilian volunteers and support committee. All of our volunteers undergo rigorous screening from the Army Cadet League of Ontario and local law enforcement agencies. They are also subjected to an interview process at the corps level.

If you are a hardworking adult and highly motivated, we can use your energy and skills. There are opportunities to become officers, civilian instructors, civilian volunteers and members of the support committee. Each role has its own challenges and rewards and the activities you will be exposed to may not likely be found in other areas of your life.
